It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide the PHA with written notification of any change of address listed on the preliminary application. A change of address must be submitted to the County of Volusia in one of the following ways:

The County will exercise due diligence in attempting to contact the applicant for periodic updates of the status of the preliminary application and/or with an invitation to complete an eligibility application for housing assistance. Removal from preliminary status and from the waiting list will occur if the County is unable to contact the applicant by mail.
